Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Management:
- Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently in company databases and systems.
- Maintain and update various records, including customer information, order details, and financial transactions.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis support.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality checks.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to other departments, including customer service, finance, and operations.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners.

- Financial Processing:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
