Responsibilities
- Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant partners: This includes onboarding new restaurants, managing existing partnerships, and ensuring their satisfaction with Zomato's platform.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities: Proactively scout for potential restaurant partners, understand their needs, and present them with customized solutions.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets: Set and track your own sales goals, develop effective sales strategies, and consistently exceed expectations.
- Managing and motivating a team: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs), providing them with coaching and support to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Data analysis and reporting: Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.

- Proven track record of success in sales: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including restaurant owners, managers, and Zomato colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills: Adept at handling objections, finding creative solutions, and closing deals.
