  • Act as a single point of contact: Serve as the primary liaison between Wipro and assigned clients, managing all communication channels and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Understand client requirements: Actively listen to client needs, gather detailed information, and translate them into actionable project objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues through effective problem-solving skills and clear communication.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients regarding Wipro services and products, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and exceeding their expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other documentation to keep clients informed and project deliverables transparent.
  • Stay updated: Maintain knowledge of industry trends, Wipro offerings, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, communication, or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions.
  • Active listening skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Wipro services and products is a plus.
