• Document and track all support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support personnel when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proactively identify and address potential IT issues to prevent disruptions and minimize downtime.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base and documentation.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with employees and providing support.
