• Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Understand and address customer inquiries and concerns related to our products, orders, deliveries, and other services.
• Provide accurate and informative responses to customer questions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and to their satisfaction.
• Log and track customer interactions and issues.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
