Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees on a variety of desktop-related issues, such as hardware and software troubleshooting, installation and configuration, and security.
• Respond to and resolve desktop support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work with vendors to ensure that hardware and software is properly maintained and supported.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Provide training to employees on desktop-related topics.
• Document desktop support activities and procedures.
