• Approach potential customers, build rapport, and understand their entertainment needs
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Tata Play's DTH services, tailoring presentations to individual customer requirements
• Handle customer objections, address concerns, and provide clear and informative answers to customer queries
• Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely activation of new DTH connections
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing their queries, resolving technical issues, and maximizing their Tata Play experience
