  • Become the ride-saving crusader: Actively listen to concerns from riders and captains, diagnose problems, and offer efficient solutions to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for everyone.
  • App whisperer: Provide expert guidance on using the Rapido app, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer questions to empower both riders and captains to navigate the platform with ease.
  • Communication maestro: Communicate clearly, concisely, and with a positive attitude, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and leaves a lasting positive impression.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).

  • Good working knowledge of computers and mobile apps (a plus).
