Responsibilities:

• Title Search & Analysis: Conduct thorough title searches to verify ownership and identify potential encumbrances on properties associated with Paytm transactions.
• Legal Documentation Review: Analyze and assess legal documents like property deeds, agreements, and contracts to ensure their validity and compliance with regulations.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify and evaluate potential title risks associated with transactions and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on title searches and analysis, communicating findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Update and maintain internal databases with accurate and current information on titles and property ownership.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work effectively with legal teams, risk management professionals, and other departments to resolve title-related issues.

Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
