The Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing the work of a team of inside sales representatives. The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring the team's performance. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the work of a team of inside sales representatives
• Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor the team's performance

• Liaise with TSS and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and increase sales

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
