Responsibilities
- Inventory Ace: Manage store inventory efficiently, maintaining optimal stock levels, processing deliveries, and ensuring product accuracy and quality.
- Visual Merchandising Magician: Transform the store into a visually appealing haven for eyewear enthusiasts, implementing brand guidelines and creating eye-catching displays that showcase our diverse collection.
- Project Coordinator: Collaborate with internal teams (design, IT, operations) and external vendors (furniture, equipment) to ensure timely and seamless execution of store setup and renovation projects.
- Equipment Guru: Manage store equipment (computers, eye testing machines, etc.) effectively, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating with technical teams for repairs and maintenance.
- Communication Champion: Maintain clear and open communication with store staff, managers, and other departments, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Data Tracker: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, sales, and customer satisfaction, providing insights and reports to support continuous improvement.
