  • Purchase Order & Vendor Management: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage communication with vendors, ensuring timely procurement and optimal resource utilization.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment, facilitating easy retrieval and optimal inventory levels.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate employee travel arrangements, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Document Management & Filing: Organize and file physical and digital documents efficiently, facilitating easy retrieval and information access.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into various systems, prepare reports, and maintain databases.

  • Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification (experience in back-office coordination or administrative work is a plus!).
