The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for partnering with customers to ensure their success with Jio's products and services. This includes providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting; identifying and resolving customer issues; and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. The CSM is also responsible for collecting customer feedback and using it to improve Jio's products and services.
