Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients' financial needs and goals
- Proactively identify and recommend suitable financial products and services
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the Bank's sales and growth targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role (freshers can also apply)
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
