Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat) regarding Google Pay transactions, features, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and timely information on Google Pay offerings, policies, and security protocols.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, de-escalating situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
