Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
    • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT-related problems.
    • Install, configure, and maintain user workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
    • Perform software updates and patch installations.
    • Remotely access user desktops to diagnose and resolve issues.
    • Document all support interactions and troubleshooting steps taken.
  • User Training:
    • Provide basic training to users on new software applications and procedures.
    • Answer user questions and address concerns.
    • Develop and maintain user manuals and knowledge base articles.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
    • Track and manage software licenses.
    • Order and manage equipment replacements and upgrades.
  • Other duties:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.
    • Adhere to company policies and security procedures.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
