Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, providing training and guidance on dispensing medications, maintaining accurate records, and interacting with customers.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions regarding medications, and offer guidance on over-the-counter products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree from a recognized university.

• Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.
