Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for eliciting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and designing solutions that optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost optimization.
• Document business requirements clearly and concisely using industry-standard methodologies.
• Design and develop process flowcharts, wireframes, and other visual aids to enhance communication and understanding.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement testing plans to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of new solutions.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field (experience can be waived for highly qualified candidates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
