• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Document Processing & Filing: Efficiently manage and file documents both electronically and physically, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
• Correspondence & Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication with clarity and professionalism.
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for senior staff, and ensure timely reminders.
• Travel & Expense Management: Assist with travel arrangements, book flights and hotels, and process expense reports for team members.
