The Customer Success Associate is responsible for providing support to our customers and ensuring that they are getting the most out of our market research products and services. This includes providing training, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints. The Customer Success Associate also works with the Customer Success Manager to develop and implement customer success plans.
