  • Be the trusted advisor for assigned customer segments, proactively understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement personalized success plans, tailoring solutions to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption and engagement with Jio's products and services through proactive outreach, education, and training.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identifying potential issues and proactively resolving them to prevent churn.
