- Lead the recruitment process, attracting and hiring top talent across diverse disciplines.

- Manage employee relations, resolving issues and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging programs and initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Administer compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Stay updated on HR trends and regulations, advising leadership on best practices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR role within a fast-paced organization.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with individuals at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
