Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads and contact potential sellers to introduce them to the Meesho platform and its benefits.
• Clearly explain Meesho's features, tools, and seller support programs, addressing any queries and concerns.
• Assist sellers with onboarding onto the platform, guiding them through the registration process and initial setup.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sellers, helping them navigate the platform, optimize their listings, and grow their businesses.
• Build strong relationships with sellers, fostering trust and loyalty towards Meesho.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, seller onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on Meesho's latest initiatives and platform updates, ensuring accurate information is communicated to sellers.

Skills:

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification (experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus!).
